To help with your planning, we have an online AVAILABILITY CHART . This chart is typically updated twice a day and you can use it to check whether your preferred dates have high or low availability. Knight Inlet Lodge is a ‘Bucket List’ destination and space does fill quickly (especially June and September). Questions & Information
Please see the ‘Preparing For Your Visit’ section of our website at this link for recommendations on what to bring on your trip, information about fitness and medical requirements, and resources on local travel and weather on the beautiful but often rainy west coast of British Columbia! We will send you (or your travel agent) a complete information pack when we invoice you (or your travel agent) for final payment for your trip, including all the details you will need while you are with us, like emergency telephone numbers. If you haven’t received your digital ‘Final Document Pack’ within 30 days of your visit, please email our reservation team at info@grizzlytours.com to request your pack. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any other questions you may have.
Waiver, Medical Forms and Dietary Requirements
A low to moderate level of physical fitness is required for all tours, including the ability to walk, without assistance, approximately 100 – 200 meters on uneven and potentially slippery shorelines. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
It is also important for us to know about any health concerns, allergies, or special dietary requirements you have. Our remote location means we need to know a little bit more about you.

Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before arrival. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival with a 40% refund possible until 30 days prior. No refund inside 30 days.
► $500.00 deposit per person at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
► Cancellation prior to 90 days no charge
► 45 – 90 days prior to arrival – $500.00 per person cancellation fee
► 30 – 44 days prior to arrival – 60% of package price per person cancellation fee
► 0 – 29 days prior to arrival no refund
Refunds will not be issued for weather related and/or wildlife viewing issues.
We strongly recommend Travel, Trip Interruption and/or Cancellation insurance for your protection
